· Sorry, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed. 

· Exchanges or returns for store credit, can only be made within 14 days from date of receipt of your item.

· All New Pink items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its original New Pink garment bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with New Pink’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the store credit.

· Return shipping cost will be deducted from store credit total amount.

· We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.

· Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed and a store credit will be issued or confirmation of your exchange will be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges.

· Please note - sale items are FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimsuits are FINAL SALE, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

· Any items returned to us due to the customer's failure to pay import taxes or customs duties will incur fees payable by the customer to New Pink. Please note that if a customer refuses to pay customs duties upon delivery, a return for store credit will only be issued after the product has been returned to us, minus return shipping charges.
